These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the ElvoraVintage online shop (elvoravintage.com).

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of items in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or ship the item.

4. Prices
All prices are displayed in your local currency. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. For orders outside Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes may apply, which are paid by the buyer.

5. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are stated in our Shipping Policy.

7. Vintage items
Our items are pre-owned, one-of-a-kind pieces. Light signs of wear due to age are normal, are stated in the product description and do not constitute a defect.

8. Returns and withdrawal
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, regardless of which country you order from. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Details can be found in our Refund Policy.

9. Warranty
For damaged or incorrectly delivered items, statutory warranty rights apply. Please contact us immediately after receipt in such cases.

10. Final provisions
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bonaduz, Switzerland. For consumers residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence also apply.
