Returns & Withdrawal
At ElvoraVintage you can return any item within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason – no matter which country you order from.
How to return an item
- Email us at tairierdi@icloud.com within 14 days of receipt and include your order number.
- The item must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition (including any tags).
- Return shipping costs are paid by you. Please use a shipping method with tracking.
Refunds
Once the item has arrived and been inspected, we will refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs within 14 days to your original payment method. Customs duties already paid on international orders cannot be refunded.
About vintage items
Our items are pre-owned, one-of-a-kind pieces. Light signs of wear due to age are normal, are stated in the product description and do not constitute a defect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately after receipt at tairierdi@icloud.com and include photos. In this case we cover the return shipping costs. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Exchanges
Since every piece is unique, direct exchanges are not possible. Simply return the item and place a new order.
